Things I love about Ankh

1. Fantastic Leaders and Officers (no, I'm not saying this to suck up, it's the truth!! They make Ankh what it is!)
2. The no guildie left behind mentality
3. The very easy going, none pressure environment
4. I ADORE my awesome dungeon/fractal running group. Getting dungeon master was just a pipe dream until you guys came along...
5. That we have radio stations. No lie, that was a deciding factor for me joining ankh. Raisa dragged me into this meeting with strix to discuss me joining the guild (I was totally burned out on guilds at the time and I had no interest in joining another one, but Raisa was INSISTANT I talk with Strix. I was just being polite and was going to not ever represent the guild...until at the end of our conversation radio was mentioned. I was hooked). I love all our dj's and enjoy all the different types of music

I'm Myron... I don't remember the random numbers after my account name but I'm usually on something, something Chance.

1. The comradery. Lots of fun people usually willing to help with almost anything!

2. The Guild Hall. It's shiny, it's new, and it's growing!!

3. The Apprentices. They're fun, crack me up, and will keep you on your toes. If y'all haven't taken the time to play with the Apprentices then you're missing out on one of the best aspects of the guild.

4. Self Policing Guildies. I like that the majority of our guild members respect the rules and aren't afraid to step up when someone does get out of line. They don't wait for an officer or leader to say something - they do it on the spot themselves. This not only makes it easier for the officers and leaders to manage things, but also proves what we've been saying for a long time - that Ankh is a community. When guildies are defensive of the guild then you know they feel like they belong. Thanks everyone!

5. I'm going to echo what mom said - the radio stations. Not only do I enjoy doing my weekly show but I love listening to the other dj's! It's fun to listen to the wide variety of musical tastes and new stuff I haven't heard before. Plus I get to occasionally "borrow" songs from the other dj's to play on my own show...

Hmmm.....so rare for society to have good things to say on a topic these days, let alone 5 good things....but in this case it is Super Easy!! (Not in any particular order)

1.   The people, the people, the people - (Ankhies and Ankhettes and Ankh Sprites are the body and mind but are just random bits without heart and soul )
2.   The fantastic Leaders and Officers - (The heart and soul but need the body to perform their function)
3.   The diversity of Ankh - (Who we are, where we are, our ideas, opinions - an international community)
4.   Our little Dungeon Krewe - (one of the few things I enjoy getting out of bed early on a Sunday morning for - excluding hangover)
Enough deep stuff
5.   and Ankh's new international timepiece "The Myrontronic Tick-Tock Conversion Modulator" - keeping us all on time
It's simple to say 5 good things about Ankh  (it's harder to stop at 5 but rules is rules)
