Subject: Fathers Day lottery! Wed Jun 15, 2016 3:20 pm
Hello and welcome yet again to another Ankh lottery! As many of you know this Sunday is Fathers Day so I thought what better way of celebrating it then to give away some gold to my friends and family in Eternal Clarity. Sadly I do realize that some of you have lost loved ones lately or in the past but I hope and pray that past memories of the happiness shared will pull you through plus the thought of knowing we are all there for you!
There will be 3 winners this week and all you have to do is answer.... what is your favorite type of pancakes? (blueberry!!!!!!) First place - 30 gold, 5 exotics, and a mini! Second place - 15 gold, 3 exotics, and a mini! Third place - 7.5 gold, 2 exotics, and a mini!
** disclamer - the management has told me to tell you that the above exotics are not tropical drinks served on a tropical beach and furthermore the minis are not fridges laden with beer **
And now for the rules as brought to you by 1) Please reply to this post and leave an in game character name. 2) if you were making pancakes for your dad or taking him out for a pancake breakfast what kind would you make or order? 3) Lottery winners will be selected this Sunday at 6:45 pm est, 15 minutes before the start of guild missions.
Happy Fathers Day to all the wonderful Dads out there!!

Happy Father's Day to all our dads.
If I were making pancakes for my dad, I would probably make blueberry pancakes. And he was a total health nut, so probably something like whole wheat pancakes. If I were going out I would order for myself a big old stack of plain IHOP pancakes and smother (drown) them in real maple syrup. Or maybe go borrow some of Robert's because that sounds amazing.

My dad has been gone to heaven for some years now, but if he were here and i made pancakes for for him they would be plains with maple syrup and coffee, lots of coffee. My mom jokingly threatened to hook a coffee I.V. to him at night while he was asleep. LOL!

If I were making pancakes for my dad(different state, sorry dad not flying halfway cross the country to make some pancakes) I'd definitely make some chocolate chip pancakes

My dad passed away 40 years ago this August but the pancakes served in our house were always club soda pancakes with Karo Pancake Syrup. Those pancakes were always so light and fluffy and that is what I would make today.

I have absolutely no idea how to make a great pancake but it must have whipped butter and real maple syrup with some bacon. Yummm, now I want pancakes. IGN Atlas Blackthorn

Well, this is a toughie... My dad lives on the other side of the country, so no pancakes for him. As for my stepdad, I dunno if he could have them. The only two fillings I know of for pancakes are blueberries and chocolate chips. He doesn't like blueberries, and he can't have chocolate chips because he has Type-2 Diabetes. Sooo.... I'd probably just make him some scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast.

My father passed away nearly 3 years ago at age 91. However, if he were alive, I would make silver dollar pancakes with a variety of meats -- bacon, ham and Jimmy Dean sausage. He was more into the meats than the pancakes. Add 100% pure maple syrup, and that is a perfect plate.
In game name is Malikha Otete. Thank you so much for the awesome lottery, Lisa!

Not to follow the plain old process, but plain pancakes, with eggs over easy on top, and syrup over it all. Oh yes, please don't forget the B&G on the side. oh I am sorry, I thought we were ordering for delivery.....JK. Sagitta Porcella or Mors Imago the 2 main toons.

To be honest, I would make something called a chinese pancake, an egg pancake with onions, meat, and other vegetables in it.

Bacon Stuffed Pancakes!!! with briar rabbit corn syrup!... I am a father to my 8 year old son and also have recently adopted my 17yr old niece. Being a dad is my world, teaching my niece what a real father is has been a journey. Her father is a waste of life and isn't worth the air he breaths, but that's a different story. They actually brought me pancakes this morning. Happy Fathers Day

Noms here...
The best pancakes I've ever had, and so totally want again, were buttermilk pancakes with strawberries in sauce and vanilla ice cream on them, dusted with maple bacon chunks. I had it at a hotel once.

If I was making pancakes I would add chocolate chips to them. They add a sense of creamy richness to the pancake batter.
