so this is the recipe that goes with the pic that mali posted for me hunny found it at allrecipes.com its called clone of a cinnabon. ingedients 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees) 2 eggs (room temp) 1/3 cup margarine (I only use real butter for this stuff)melted 4 1/2 cups bread flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sugar 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast 1 cup brown sugar(packed) 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1/3 cup butter softened (u really need more than that probly 3/4 cup atleast or its too dry when done) ICING INGREDIENTS 1(3oz) package softened cream cheese 1/4 cup butter softened 1 1/2cups powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt. I use a bread machine to make all my dough, you can go old school and kneed by hand or use a stand mixer. 1) place ingrediants in bread machine and select dough setting 2) after dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface cover and let rest for 10 mins(or 2 quick beers
) in a small bowl combind brown sugar and cinnamon. 3) roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle spread 1/3 -3/4 cup of softened butter on dough and sprinkle brown sugar/cinnamon mix onto buttered dough evenly. IF YOU WANT TO ADD NUTS THIS IS THE TIME TO ADD THEM ( I used peacans in mine 1/4ish cup or whatever u like) now roll your dough into a log (roll the dough so it is a long roll). now cut into into 12 rolls. place rolls a lightly greased pan(it says 9x13 but mine didn't fit so I used 2 large cake pans) (I also use parchment paper so I don't need to grease the pan and it makes cleaning so much eaiser) now cover ( with a dish towel or something) and let rise until nearly doubled in sizeabout 30-50 mins. PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400 4) bake rolls in a preheated oven until golden brown about 15-20 mins. while rolls are baking beat togather 1/4 cup butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar vanllia and salt. (I felt this was too thick so I added some coffee to it maybe 1-2 tablespoons) and spread on rolls when done XD OMG SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD
