please have your Ghost Owl Feathers ready!

you can get them if you go to the [Owl Waypoint] in Snowden drifts.
and then head to the HEART that is SW of WP Wink talk to the karma NPC Wink

each feather lasts 5 minutes! Wink so buy enough for a good time! Wink
