as we have instruments available I think it might be fun to create a guild band we would want people with horns ,bells and flutes to meet a few times a week to practice.It might be fun!

I have the flute, horn and harp. I can play a couple of songs. I'd love to play in a "band" in Gw2.

I see they just added a harp to BLTC. Although I would love to participate in this, I don't foresee the funds to buy any instruments right now. With all the work I've been missing with the snow in the northeast. I would hope to maybe be able in the near future though. Oh yea BTW.....snow day coming up tomorrow. I suppose I will get some playing time in again.

I can't play real instruments, im sure I'll play the in game instruments out of tune also... I could flail around and pretend to dance...

Sounds like we got a lot of dancers, aren't those what catch the attention nowadays anyways. We got a band forming up.

Hey did this ever happen? I'm wondering because since I won those gems in our very generous lottery, I was thinking of buying an instrument. Also I was wondering if anyone has advice as to which instrument sounds better. And which can be heard better. Example: I have heard the horn and flute. I think I like the sound of the flute better, but can hear the horn more easily. Also I have not heard the harp yet and am curious if it sounds nice and if it can be heard easily as well. Thx.
If we still think we are doing this, I also might base my pick on one of the instruments that we may have less of, so as maybe I can help fill a void. Would be nice if they offered drums...

the harp is my fav too! He can play all kinda of songs on it!

I'm not home yet but I was reading the update notes on my lunch break and I saw that there is a drum you can buy... well... I think I might just get it... I'm going to wait until I get home to see if it's real or not...

Yes Strix, I was aware Stitch played those. As a matter of fact, he's the one that I heard those first 2 instruments from. It was right after a guild rush we did some weeks ago in Southsun Cove. He, Mali and I hung out on a rock after the guild associated things were done and he played several songs. He was really good. We just needed a camp fire and some beer. lol.  Good times, good times.... Maybe I can pick his brain a little. Hehe. Fraud, if there's going to be a drum made available I just may go that route too. Hope there's room for 2 of us.    Not sure yet though. First gotta confirm they are making them available. As of last night I did not see any when I was browsing the instruments in the BL, but maybe after today's patch. (I have not been on yet today.) And then I still have to decide which I really want to try.
